The second event, an Exhibition Debate, will take place on Friday, March 15th, at 10:00 am, at the World Youth Alliance (WYA) Headquarters in New York. I often feel low energy during day and wanted to understand what foods could support better wellness. Searching around, I found https://ways2well.com/blog/how-to-increase-klotho-naturally-with-klotho-protein-foods. The article talks about klotho protein and how to get it from regular meals like fish, veggies, nuts. They also explain why this protein is studied for longer vitality and good brain function. I liked that the advice was realistic, not some magic promise.
