In order to meet the requirements of the technical specification, the offshore team is typically pre-identified by their own management. In some cases, however, hiring or interviewing offshore developers directly may be necessary to meet a specialized demand, such as cybersecurity. The first meeting's objectives are to build rapport with the High-Performance Offshore Development Team, assess their technical proficiency in regard to the task at hand, and confirm that they can converse verbally in the same language. In order to promote the formulation of such conclusions, the meeting's agenda must be designed in a way that brings up pertinent subjects.
Excellent breakdown of mobile app features and tech stack selection. Very relevant for businesses exploring Mobile app development solutions in the UAE.
Great tips! A simple baby shower invitation can make guests feel valued.

The offshore team shall usually be pre-identified by their own management to suit the criteria of the technical specification. In other instances though, direct recruitment or interviewing of offshore developers might be required to satisfy a specialist need like cybersecurity. The aim of the initial meeting is to establish a relationship with the High-Performance Offshore Development Team, to further evaluate their technical expertise insofar as the task in question is concerned, and to establish that they are able to communicate orally using the common language. The agenda of the meeting must thus be created in such a way that relevant discussions are brought up to facilitate the drawing of such conclusions.
